Early Dismissal

These are always on a Wednesday. School begins at 8:00am and is dismissed at 11:50am.

Dates for the 2025/2026 school year are:

September 17th, October 22nd, December 10th, January 14th, February 11th, and March 11th

(No early release days in August, November, April, May or June)

 

Chapman does not have a late start as part of our regular schedule. This would only occur in response to a weather event resulting in a partial school closure. 

 

Please note: Chapman does not provide any on-site care services for students before or after school. Teachers meet students in their designated areas at 7:53am each morning and dismiss them in those areas each day following the final bell at 2:30pm. Please do not leave children unattended on school grounds in the morning, and make sure to pick up your children promptly after school. We ask that you call the office and let us know if you anticipate being late for pickup.
