The district Child Care team is working closely with PPS Licensed Child Care partners to increase availability this school year. Friendly House After School Program offers aftercare for students attending Chapman Elementary School. Friendly House has been the contracted aftercare provider for Chapman since 1982. We offer a sliding fee scale and have a limited number of scholarships for families that qualify.
